Conversational Leadership

Learn the art of thinking together

This course is designed to help uncover the hidden value in our conversations and how to identify and step into the most critical conversations of our lives. Jeff will walk you through how to identify the invitations surrounding you and how to bring yourself to these opportunities with an openness and courage to walk through them well. Many conversations that “should” be had are often overlooked or avoided because they are uncomfortable or could provoke conflict.  This course provides material to recognize the invitations around you and how to engage with these conversations by bringing your whole self forward and invite others to do this with you. Additional material and reflective activities will also be provided.

Real transformation and change in our communities, organizations and the different cultures we are apart of can’t happen with our old ways of thinking and organizing. Much of our frustration lies in the reality that our structures and systems don’t take into account the various value systems at play – or the different approaches we need to create a context for change.

Conversational Leadership is a frame for understanding the courageous conversations that need to take place and the personal mastery we all need to discover in participating in these world changing conversations.

Begin to consider the way you hold conversations with those closest to you at home and at work. Understand the power of conversations and the impact that growing your conversational leadership can have. Learn to listen with a depth that will change the way you show up in your relationships in all areas of your life.  Begin learning how to make sense of the different value sets at play when you hold important conversations. This short course will also help you begin to articulate some of your most important practices for attending to your own conversational leadership stance.
