Enneagram Growth Work

Growing with the enneagram

The enneagram is a powerful tool for deepening your self understanding, improving your ability to self reflect and move yourself toward creating change that allows you to be your best possible self. This self guided course offers a high level overview of this integral system of self discovery and understanding. You will gain insight into the value of the enneagram and self reflection. The course will provide descriptions of the nine “types” and how this can play out in your closest relationships or in your organization. The course will also offer reflective and interactive activities, worksheets and additional material to further advance your learning following the course.

The invitation to change and to use someone else’s system to make it happen is everywhere. Get up earlier, have better habits, level up your growth game – all of these strategies can work for certain people at certain times working towards certain types of goals.

Working with the enneagram flips this thinking on its head and suggests that what you need for real change is: You. Understand the architecture of your personality – the “why’s” and “how’s” of how you have been living, reacting and thinking all this time. Find a path that truly fits you and how you are wired. Beginning to understanding this system of personal growth brings the possibility of life long self-discovery, growth and meaning.

In this course we start with some basic concepts of the enneagram. We cover different types of change and what real personal transformation work takes and we give you some practical ways of seeing yourself and the way forward for your growth journey. Though each module in this course only scratches the surface of what is a deep well of wisdom about the way we are wired as social beings, you will find in it some concrete steps for your way of being and some invitations for a way of seeing yourself that you will carry with you for years to come.
