Navigating Life Transitions

What to do when you find yourself in unfamiliar places

Our vision of the future – along with our goals and plans – rarely lead us into a reality that matches our expectations. Wherever we make plans, and work to achieve them, the end result is often too small for who we have become in the process. How we move through these transitions can lift us up or make things more difficult. Losing a job, becoming a parent, or the difficulty of the end of a long term relationship often thrust us into a new landscape for which we don’t have a language or way of being that fits. We all face these times in life when things are turned upside down. Whether we are prepared for them or not, they can be de-centering experiences.

This course will help you understand changes and transitions and how they show up differently in your life. This course will help you to step back and begin these new conversations with clarity and a sense of the new horizon in front of you. You will identify personalized strategies to deal effectively with transitions, multiple changes and find a way forward. Transitions can be opportunities to re-imagine yourself and how you can shift yourself through these experiences. Transitions can be great opportunities for movement and change. This course will help you discover how to leverage these opportunities.
